Activities

  2. Research: Instruct the student to research and find information on the health benefits and potential risks associated with excessive screen time and sedentary behavior. They should take notes on the key points they discover.
  3. Discussion: Engage in a discussion with the student about the findings from their research. Encourage them to share their notes and thoughts on how they can balance their time spent on Roblox with physical activity and other healthy habits.
  4. Physical Activity Break: Take a break from the screen and engage in a physical activity together. It can be a short dance routine, a game of catch, or any other physical activity that the student enjoys.
  5. Reflection: Have the student reflect on their own habits while playing Roblox. Ask them to write a short paragraph discussing how they can incorporate more physical activity and healthy habits into their gaming routine.
