Activities
- Emotion Drawing: Draw a picture that represents different emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, etc. Label each drawing with the corresponding emotion.
- Emotion Journal: Keep a journal for a day and write down how you feel at different times. Reflect on why you might be feeling that way.
- Emotion Charades: Act out different emotions without using words and have someone guess what you are portraying.
