Activities

  • English Element: Choose a historical figure or event that interests you. Write a short creative story or poem inspired by this figure/event.
  • For example, if you choose Abraham Lincoln, you could write a poem from his perspective during the Civil War.

  • History Element: Research a significant historical event and create a timeline on your scrap journal page.
  • Include key dates, facts, and images related to the event.

  • Math Element: Calculate the ratio of different elements on your page (e.g., text area to image area ratio).
  • Experiment with different layouts to see how it affects the ratios.
