  • Planting Seeds: Learn about different vegetables and plant seeds or seedlings in your garden.
  • Caring for Your Garden: Understand the importance of watering, sunlight, and weeding for your plants.

Talking Points

  • Plants need sunlight to make their food. Remember to place your garden in a sunny spot. Say: "Plants are like us, they need sunlight to grow big and strong!"
  • Water is essential for plants to survive. Explain: "Plants drink water through their roots, just like we drink water to stay healthy."
  • Soil provides plants with nutrients. Mention: "Soil is like a buffet for plants, giving them all the yummy things they need to grow."
  • Seeds are like tiny plant babies waiting to grow. Share: "Seeds are like magic, they have everything inside them to become a big plant!"
  • Weeding helps plants grow better. Encourage: "Just like we need our space, plants need space too. Weeding helps them breathe and grow happily."
