Objective

Materials and Prep

Materials needed: Water bottle, comfortable clothes, open space for activities.

Before starting, make sure to warm up your body by stretching and doing some light movements.

Activities

1. Obstacle Course: Set up a simple obstacle course using household items like pillows, chairs, and toys. Practice moving through the course safely and efficiently.

2. Dance Party: Play your favorite music and dance freely to get your heart pumping and have fun while being active.

3. Balloon Keep-Up: Keep a balloon in the air using only your hands, feet, or any body part except your arms. This activity helps with coordination and focus.
