Materials and Prep

- Comfortable clothing and shoes
No prior knowledge needed, just come ready to move and have fun!
Activities
- Obstacle Course: Set up a simple obstacle course using household items and challenge Audrey to navigate through it as quickly as possible.
- Balance Beam Challenge: Create a makeshift balance beam using a piece of tape on the floor and have Audrey walk across it forwards, backwards, and sideways.
- Simon Says Fitness: Play a game of "Simon Says" where Audrey has to perform different exercises like jumping jacks, squats, and high knees.
