Activities
- Letter "S" Craft: Brooklynn can create a big letter "S" using paper and crayons. She can decorate it with things that start with "S," like stars, sun, or snakes.
- Counting with Nature: Go outside and collect two leaves, two flowers, or two stones. Brooklynn will practice counting to "2" using the items she collects.
- Story Time: Read a short story that features words starting with the letter "S" or has a character that is associated with the number "2." Talk about the story afterward.
- History of the Letter "S": Share a fun fact about the letter "S," like how it is used in words and how it has changed over time. Brooklynn can think of her favorite "S" word.
- Science Experiment: Use two small cups of water and show how many drops of water fit in each cup. Discuss the concept of "more" and "less" while counting.
