Before the lesson, review some basic math concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as vocabulary related to Fortnite.

Activities

• Fortnite Math Challenge:

  Lincoln will create a list of Fortnite items and their in-game costs. He will then solve math problems based on these costs, such as finding the total cost of purchasing multiple items or figuring out how much V-Bucks he would have left after a purchase.

• Story Creation:

  Lincoln will write a short story or comic strip about a Fortnite character's adventure, incorporating new vocabulary words. This activity will help him practice his writing skills while using his imagination and interest in the game.

• Fortnite Word Problems:

  Lincoln will create and solve word problems based on Fortnite scenarios, such as calculating the number of materials needed to build a structure or the time it takes to complete a challenge. This will help him apply math in real-life situations.

• Fortnite Vocabulary Quiz:
