- List of Black historical figures and events
- Blank bingo cards (the student can create these)
Before the lesson, prepare a list of important Black historical figures and events to use in the bingo game. Make sure to explain why each figure or event is significant.
Activities
-
Create Bingo Cards: The student will design their own bingo cards by choosing names of Black historical figures and events from the prepared list. They can decorate their cards with drawings or colors to make them unique.
-
Play Bingo: Once the cards are ready, the teacher will call out names or events from the list, and the student will mark their cards. The first to get five in a row wins!
