By the end of this lesson, you will be able to improve your spelling skills while having fun with Fortnite-related activities.

Materials and Prep

• Pen or pencil
• Paper or notebook
• Access to a computer or smartphone with internet
• Fortnite-related words or terms list (can be created by the student or found online)

Activities

1. Word Scramble: Choose five Fortnite-related words from your list. Write them down, but scramble the letters. Challenge yourself to unscramble the words correctly. You can use an online word scrambler tool if needed.

2. Fortnite Spelling Bee: Select ten words from your Fortnite-related words list. Have a family member or friend call out the words, and you have to spell them correctly. Keep track of how many words you spell correctly and try to beat your own score each time you play.

3. Word Search: Create a word search puzzle using your Fortnite-related words. You can draw the puzzle on paper or use an online word search generator. Try to find all the words within a time limit.
