Objective

Before the lesson, make sure to explain the importance of family in our lives and prepare a few examples of family structures to discuss.
Activities

Drawing Family Members: The student will draw each family member in the circles provided on the worksheet. Encourage them to use different colors for each person.

Cutting and Pasting: After drawing, the student will carefully cut out each circle and paste them onto the construction paper strip, making a fun family banner.

Labeling: Once the circles are pasted, help the student label each member in both English and Spanish (e.g., "Mom - Mamá").
