Materials and Prep

Activities

1. Outdoor Adventure Story

   Read an outdoor adventure story together. Discuss the different outdoor activities mentioned in the story. Encourage the student to point out and name any objects or actions related to the outdoors.

2. Gymnastics Fun

   Create a simple gymnastics routine using pictures or illustrations. Help the student read and understand the sequence of movements. Practice the routine together, emphasizing the importance of balance, flexibility, and coordination.

3. Mermaid and Princess Tale

   Choose a mermaid or princess-themed storybook. Read the story aloud, and ask the student to identify key characters and events. Encourage them to describe the appearance and actions of the mermaids and princesses in the story.

4. Draw and Write

   Provide the student with paper and crayons. Ask them to draw their favorite outdoor activity, gymnastics move, mermaid, or princess. Encourage them to write a simple sentence or word to describe their drawing. Assist them in sounding out words and writing the letters.
