Activities
Animal Exercise Hunt: Go on a hike outdoors and search for animals. As you spot each animal, perform an exercise related to that animal. For example, if you see a bunny, hop like a bunny for 10 seconds. If you see a bird, flap your arms like wings for 10 seconds. Have fun and be creative with your movements!
Obstacle Course: Create an obstacle course using items you find in your surroundings, such as cones, rocks, or sticks. Practice crawling under, jumping over, and balancing on the obstacles. This will help improve your coordination and balance.
Sleeping Animal Stretch: Lie down on a mat or soft surface and pretend to be different sleeping animals. Stretch your body like a cat, curl up like a hedgehog, or relax like a turtle. Take deep breaths and feel your body relaxing. This activity will help you calm down and prepare for a good night's sleep.
