Materials and Prep
- No materials required
- Make sure you have a clear outdoor space available
Activities
- Outdoor Scavenger Hunt: Go outside and explore your surroundings. Look for different outdoor features such as trees, rocks, hills, and bodies of water. Take note of what you find and try to identify them.
- Map Creation: Using a piece of paper and crayons, draw a map of your outdoor area. Include the features you observed during the scavenger hunt. Be creative and use different colors to represent each feature.
- Outdoor Obstacle Course: Create an obstacle course using the outdoor features you identified earlier. For example, you can jump over rocks, crawl under tree branches, or balance on a fallen log. Have fun while navigating through the course!
