Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to improve your reading comprehension skills by engaging with Spider-Man game-related activities.

Materials and Prep

  • A computer or gaming console with the Spider-Man game
  • Pen or pencil
  • Blank paper or notebook

Activities

  1. Read the game manual or any accompanying text related to the Spider-Man game. Pay attention to the storyline, character descriptions, and any other written information.

  2. Choose a specific scene or level from the game that you find interesting. Write a short summary of what happened in that scene, including the main characters, the setting, and the key events. Be as detailed as possible.

  3. Imagine you are one of the characters in the Spider-Man game. Write a diary entry or a letter from the perspective of that character. Include their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the game.

  4. Create a comic strip based on a scene from the Spider-Man game. Use speech bubbles and captions to tell the story visually. Make sure to include dialogue between the characters.
