Materials and Prep
- A computer or tablet
- Internet access
- Pen or pencil
- Printed copies of Fortnite-related reading materials (optional)
Prior knowledge of Fortnite is helpful but not required.
Activities
- Fortnite Vocabulary Hunt: Search online or use printed materials to find and write down at least 5 new vocabulary words related to Fortnite. Look up their definitions and write them down as well. Use the words in sentences to demonstrate understanding.
- Fortnite Story Creation: Imagine you are a character in Fortnite. Write a short story (at least 3 paragraphs) about an adventure you have in the game. Be creative and use descriptive language to make the story engaging.
- Fortnite Reading Comprehension: Find an article or blog post about Fortnite and read it carefully. Write down 5 questions about the article to test your understanding. Then, answer the questions based on what you read.
- Fortnite Book Review: If you have read a book or novel set in the world of Fortnite, write a book review. Include a brief summary, your opinion on the book, and whether you would recommend it to others.
