Objective

By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to spell and write key words related to Bible stories.

Materials and Prep

Materials: Paper, pencil

Prep: None

Activities

1. Word Scramble: Write 5 Bible-related words on a piece of paper and scramble the letters. Have the student unscramble the words and write them correctly.

2. Memory Game: Write 10 Bible-related words on small pieces of paper and place them face down. Take turns flipping two cards over to find a matching pair. When a pair is found, the student must spell the word out loud.

3. Story Writing: Read a short Bible story and have the student write a summary using key words from the story. Encourage them to spell the words correctly.
