First Grade Talking Points
- "Today, we're going to have fun while learning to read and move at the same time!"
- "We can jump from word to word, just like jumping from stone to stone in a river."
- "Let's use our bodies to act out the story, like we're putting on a play!"
- "We'll make our bodies into the shapes of letters, just like making shapes with our hands in art class."
