Materials and Prep
Materials: Sunscreen, water bottle, comfortable clothing and shoes

Activities
1. Tag: Play a game of tag with family members or friends. This will involve running, dodging, and quick movements.
2. Obstacle Course: Create a simple obstacle course using everyday items like hula hoops, cones, and jump ropes. Time each attempt to improve speed and agility.
3. Nature Scavenger Hunt: Explore the outdoor environment and search for specific items such as a leaf, a rock, or a specific type of flower. This will encourage movement and observation skills.
4. Jump Rope: Practice jumping rope for coordination and cardiovascular exercise.
