Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to write a simple story with a beginning, middle, and end, using descriptive language and proper sentence structure.

Activities
1. Brainstorming: Have the student think of a favorite animal or character they would like to write a story about. Encourage them to think of where the story will take place and what will happen in the beginning, middle, and end.
2. Writing: Ask the student to write their story, using descriptive words to paint a picture for the reader. Encourage them to use proper punctuation and capitalization.
3. Illustrating: After writing the story, have the student draw a picture to go along with their story. This will help them visualize their writing and enhance their storytelling skills.
