Materials and Prep
Materials:
- Pen and paper
- Printed or digital pictures of animals
Prep:
- Review basic French animal vocabulary
- Prepare animal pictures for visual aid
Activities
1. Animal Vocabulary Matching Game:
Present a set of animal pictures and their corresponding French names. Have the student match the pictures with the correct French words.
2. Animal Charades:
Act out the movements and sounds of different animals while saying the French names. Have the student guess the animal being portrayed.
3. Create a Mini Zoo:
Ask the student to draw or cut out pictures of animals and label them with their French names to create a mini zoo display.
