Objective

Activities

  1. Research and select three different countries or regions known for their unique culinary traditions. Take notes on the following:

    • Geographical features (e.g., climate, landforms) impacting food production
    • Traditional ingredients and spices
    • Popular dishes and cooking techniques
  2. Create a visual representation (e.g., poster, infographic) showcasing the information gathered for each country or region. Include pictures, maps, and interesting facts about their cuisine.

  3. Prepare a simple dish from one of the selected countries or regions. Follow a traditional recipe and document the process, highlighting any unique ingredients or techniques used.

  4. Present your findings and dish to your family or friends. Discuss the cultural significance of the cuisine and how geography has influenced its development.
