Activities

  • Create a Roman Empire Timeline: Have the student research and create a timeline of the major events and expansions of the Roman Empire. They can use a notebook or paper to draw the timeline and include important dates and descriptions of each event.
  • Mapping the Roman Empire: Using a world map or globe, have the student locate and mark the regions that were part of the Roman Empire during its expansion. They can use different colors to represent different periods of expansion.
  • Roman Empire Quiz: Create a quiz with questions about the Roman Empire's expansion. The student can research the answers and test their knowledge. This can be done orally or in written form.
