Activities

  • Roman Empire Playlist: Ask the student to research and create a playlist of songs that represent different aspects of the Roman Empire. They can include music from ancient Rome, as well as modern songs that capture the spirit of the empire's expansion.
  • Compose a Roman-inspired Melody: Encourage the student to compose a short melody using a digital music software or by hand. They can use instruments or virtual tools to create a musical piece that reflects the grandeur and conquests of the Roman Empire.
  • Create an Empire Artwork: Have the student create an artwork that depicts the expansion of the Roman Empire. They can use any medium they prefer, such as drawing, painting, or even digital art. Encourage them to include key elements like Roman architecture, soldiers, and conquered territories.
