Activities

  1. Choose a historical fiction book set in US history that you haven't read before. It can be about any time period or event that interests you.

  2. Read the book and take notes on the key historical events, characters, and their roles in the story.

  3. After finishing the book, write a short summary of the story and your thoughts on how the historical events were portrayed.

  4. Research the actual historical events and figures mentioned in the book. Compare the book's portrayal with the historical facts.

  5. Prepare a short presentation to share with your family or friends, discussing the book, its historical accuracy, and what you learned from it.
