Talking Points
- God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh day. The Bible tells us about these days of creation.
- On the first day, God created light. Let's pretend to turn on a light switch and say, "Let there be light!"
- On the second day, God created the sky and separated the waters below from the waters above. Let's reach up high and touch the sky!
- On the third day, God created land, plants, and trees. Let's pretend to plant a seed and watch it grow!
- On the fourth day, God created the sun, moon, and stars. Let's make circles in the air like the sun, moon, and stars!
- On the fifth day, God created birds and fish. Let's flap our wings like birds and swim like fish!
- On the sixth day, God created animals and humans. Let's pretend to be different animals and make animal sounds!
- On the seventh day, God rested. Let's sit down, take a deep breath, and say, "Thank you, God, for creating the world!"
- Remember, God created everything, and it's important to take care of the world He made.
