Activities
1. Warm-up: Start by doing some simple stretching exercises like touching your toes, reaching up to the sky, and twisting side to side.
2. Simon Says Counting: Play a game of "Simon says" with counting and movement. You will be the leader and give commands like "Simon says jump 3 times" or "Simon says clap 5 times". Remember to only follow the commands that start with "Simon says".
3. Counting Hops: Stand in one spot and hop forward while counting each hop out loud. Try hopping 1, 2, 3, and so on, up to a number you feel comfortable with.
4. Clap and Count: Sit down and clap your hands a certain number of times while counting out loud. Start with 1 clap and go up to a number you feel comfortable with.
