Activities
- Draw Your Emotions: Take a piece of paper and draw what anger looks like to you. Then, draw what fear looks like. Compare and contrast the two drawings.
- Act Out Emotions: Choose a scene or scenario and act out how someone would express anger in that situation. Then, do the same for fear. Pay attention to body language and facial expressions.
- Write a Story: Write a short story where the main character experiences both anger and fear. Describe how the character feels and reacts to each emotion.
