Objective

By the end of this lesson, Charlotte will be able to communicate effectively by using interpersonal conventions and language to extend and elaborate ideas for social and learning interactions.

Materials and Prep

  • Imagination!

No prior knowledge needed, just bring your creativity!

Activities

  • Story Time: Charlotte, create a story using your favorite characters and share it with your family or pets. Use your imagination to make the story exciting!
  • Role Play: Pretend you are a news reporter and interview a family member or a stuffed animal. Ask them fun questions and practice listening and responding.
  • Picture Drawing: Draw a picture of your dream adventure and describe it to someone else. Use as many details as you can to make them feel like they are there with you!
