No prior knowledge needed, just enthusiasm to move and have fun!
Activities
- Dance Party: Put on some music and dance around the room for 10 minutes. Dancing is a great way to get our bodies moving!
- Obstacle Course: Create a simple obstacle course using pillows, chairs, and other household items. Edith can crawl under, jump over, and zig-zag through the course.
- Animal Walks: Pretend to be different animals while walking around the room. Examples include bear crawls, frog jumps, and crab walks. This helps strengthen our muscles.
