Activities
- Jumping Jacks: Have Edith do 10 jumping jacks to get her heart pumping and muscles moving.
- Animal Walks: Pretend to be different animals while moving around (e.g., bear crawl, frog hop).
- Obstacle Course: Create a simple obstacle course with pillows, chairs, and other household items for Edith to navigate through.
- Dance Party: Put on some music and have a dance party together to have fun while being active.
