Objective
By the end of this lesson, Rylee will be able to recognize the letter "A", understand its sound, and identify words that start with "A". Additionally, Rylee will engage in creative activities that incorporate art, music, and physical movement while exploring the letter "A".
Materials and Prep

- Space to move around for physical activities

- Basic knowledge of the letter "A" and its sound
Activities

Art Activity: Rylee will create an "A" collage. She can draw or cut out pictures of things that start with the letter "A", like apples, alligators, or airplanes, and glue them onto a large letter "A" drawn on paper.

English Activity: Rylee will practice saying words that start with the letter "A". Together, you can make a list of words and sound them out, like "ant", "apple", and "art".

Music Activity: Sing the "A" song! Create a simple song using the letter "A" and its sound. For example, "A is for apple, a-a-apple!" and encourage Rylee to make up her own verses.
