Activities
-
K is for Kangaroo:
Start by introducing the letter K. Show Weston how to write it on paper. Then, have him draw a kangaroo and say the word "kangaroo" together. This will help him connect the letter K with a fun animal!
-
K Sound Hunt:
Go on a K sound hunt around the house or yard. Ask Weston to find objects that start with the letter K, such as keys, a kite, or a kitten. Each time he finds something, he can say the word and emphasize the K sound.

Kicking Game:
Get some soft balls or pillows and set up a kicking game. Each time Weston kicks a ball, he can shout out a word that starts with K. This will make learning active and fun!
-
K Craft:
Using paper and crayons, have Weston create a collage of things that start with K. He can draw or color items like a kite, king, or cookies. This will help him visualize the letter K in different words.
