Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to draw and identify different animals from around the world, while gaining a basic understanding of geography.
Materials and Prep

- Pencils or crayons
- World map or globe
No prior knowledge or preparation is required for this lesson.
Activities
- Activity 1: Animal Drawing - Ask the student to choose an animal they are interested in. Instruct them to draw the animal on a piece of paper, paying attention to its physical features. Encourage creativity and imagination.
- Activity 2: Animal Research - Show the student a world map or globe. Ask them to locate the continents and discuss how animals are found in different parts of the world. Choose one animal from each continent and have the student research and draw those animals.
- Activity 3: Animal Habitat - Discuss with the student the concept of habitat and how animals have specific environments they live in. Have the student draw the habitat for one of the animals they have drawn.
