Activities
- Confidence Mirror: Draw a mirror on a piece of paper and write positive affirmations around it like "I am smart" or "I can learn anything". Look in the mirror and say these affirmations out loud.
- Confidence Challenge: Set a timer for 5 minutes and challenge yourself to learn something new in that time. It could be a new word, a fun fact, or a simple math problem. Celebrate your success when the timer goes off!
- Confidence Dance: Put on your favorite song and dance like nobody's watching! Dance freely and confidently, knowing that it's all about having fun and being yourself.

- Mistakes are OK: "Making mistakes is a part of learning. It's okay to not get everything right the first time."
