Activity 1: Parts of Speech Identification
Write down five sentences from a book or article you are currently reading. Underline the nouns, circle the verbs, and highlight the adjectives. Once you have identified the parts of speech, rewrite each sentence, replacing the nouns, verbs, and adjectives with different examples. Share your revised sentences with a family member or friend and see if they can identify the parts of speech correctly.

Activity 2: Parts of Speech Game
Create a parts of speech game by writing down different nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs on separate pieces of paper. Shuffle the papers and place them face down.
