Activities

Introduce the "at" family: Write the word "at" on the whiteboard or paper and explain that it is the "at" family. Ask the student to think of other words that end with "at" (e.g. cat, hat, sat).

Word building: Write the letters "c", "h", and "s" on the board. Ask the student to add "at" to each letter to form new words (e.g. cat, chat, sat).

Reading practice: Create flashcards with "at" family words and ask the student to read them aloud. Encourage the student to make sentences using the words.
